Community Events

Yoga

Yoga meets Mondays 9:00am to 10:00am. This is a drop-in class, with no registration required. There is a $10 dollar fee. Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are available if needed. The yoga instructor is MJ.

Strong Bodies

Strong Bodies meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-10:15am or 10:30am-11:45am during the school year. This is a strength training program for middle-aged and older adults run by the UW Extension Center. Registration is required.

Senior Luncheons

 Senior luncheons are sponsored by Cambridge Community Activities Program (CAP). They are planned for adults 55+ and take place the second Wednesday of each month at OCPC (unless otherwise noted). The chef is our own Mike S! Doors open at 11:30am, with lunch and activity starting at noon. Cost is $5.00. Kindly RSVP by email to kmarren@cambridge.k12.wi.us  or call 608-423-8142.

Senior Enrichment Series

Topics presented every fourth Wednesday of the Month at 10:30 a.m. are intended for seniors. The focus will be on health, senior fitness, fraud prevention, brain health, safety, technology, financial planning, and community resources. No registration is required at this time. Community Guitar Lessons

Wednesday evenings at OCPC. The current class is full, however, another session is planned for the summer. It will run Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm - 6:30pm or 6:45pm - 7:15pm. It is a twelve week beginner course for adults, families, and kids. More information is available at cambridgecap.net 

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)

AA meets every Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
